News: Perfect summer udon dish
Cold Tan Tan with homemade ginger ale
Our Cold Tan Tan Udon is now available – homemade udon noodles in a creamy, cold broth made with sesame paste, miso, and soy milk. Refined with our homemade spice paste of garlic, chili, ginger, and sesame, it creates a pleasantly spicy and aromatic flavor that's perfect for hot summer days.
This is topped with our sweet pickled fried tofu, shiitake mushrooms, cucumber, sprouts and fresh tomatoes.
Perfect with it: our homemade ginger ale.
Come and enjoy the summer with a refreshing bowl of cold Tan Tan Udon!


News: Tempura is finally back!
After a break of just over 3 months, the time has finally come!
Starting tomorrow, June 3rd, we will again be offering tempura and tendon as a side dish or as a set with our homemade udon.



News: Alcoholic beer and postcard sales
We now also have a liquor license and will be selling alcoholic beer from now on. We have opted for a Japanese beer "Kirin Ichiban" and the organic pilsner from the Premium Collective.


We also sell fox designs drawn and painted by Niko as postcards. You can get a single card for €2 and a set for €3.50.
In addition to our disposable
containers we now have our own
reusable containers for our udon dishes. You pay a deposit of 5 euros per container. You get the 5 euros back when you return it.
If you order by phone, please tell us whether you want disposable or reusable containers.
Unfortunately, we do not have reusable containers for our side dishes. In addition, we do not offer the No.11 to take away.
