We have fresh, homemade udon noodles in many different variations, in delicious broths, as a curry, fried, in summer also cold with salad, and much more.

 

In addition to numerous savory dishes, we have a selection of different vegan cakes and tarts every day, a combination tried and tested from Cafe Fatsch's collaboration with Nobiko Dinner, which has proven to be very successful.

 

In addition to the fun of cooking, it is also very important to us to create a pleasant working atmosphere for everyone involved in Nobiko. We three managing directors or partners work as a collective in order to have work structures that are as non-hierarchical as possible, to be responsible for everything equally and to enable ourselves to work independently.
